Inspector Notes

A complaint investigation was initiated on December 9, 2022 in response to a complaint that was received by the Fairfax office on November 21, 2022, regarding supervision of children and operational responsibilties. Based on staff interviews, records reviewed, and observations made, the preponderance of evidence gathered during this investigation does not support the allegation. The complaint is determined to be not valid. No violations were issued.
