Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted 5/16/2024 from 9:44am-1:00pm. There were 125 children directly supervised by 26 staff, divided by age group in 11 classrooms. All ratios were in compliance. Children were observed in circle time, individual play practicing names, colors, fruits and vegetables, bottle feeding and tummy time. The physical plant, 5 staff records, 8 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for the children in care. . Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
