Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted 5/16/2024 from 9:44am-1:00pm. There were 125 children directly supervised by 26 staff, divided by age group in 11 classrooms. All ratios were in compliance. Children were observed in circle time, individual play practicing names, colors, fruits and vegetables, bottle feeding and tummy time. The physical plant, 5 staff records, 8 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for the children in care. . Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.

Based on observation and interview, the center was not able to provide licensing representative an annual fire inspection report.
Evidence: Fire inspection was not able to be presented to licensing agent.

Based on record review, children's records did not contain all required information.
Evidence: Child #3 and Child #8's records did not have address for 1:2 designated people to call in an emergency if a parent cannot be reached.
