Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a onsite tour of the program.

A renewal inspection was initiated on October 8, 2021 and concluded on October 8, 2021. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of two child records and two staff records were reviewed.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on observation and interview, it was determined that the licensee did not ensure that when food is brought from home it is labeled with the child's name and date.

Evidence:
1. In classroom #1, there were two bottles without names or dates to identify the owner.
2. The Director agreed that the bottles were not labeled.
