Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 05/03/2021 and concluded on 05/07/2021. The Provider was contacted by email to initiate the inspection. The provider is currently on a Conditional license. There were two related children with one caregiver present for five points which is within ratio for supervision. Reviewed nutrition (vegetable soup, fruit and milk was served for lunch), trainings and emergency preparation. Physical space was viewed using FaceTime throughout the daycare space, backyard and kitchen area. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
