Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.
A renewal inspection was conducted on 9/13/2021. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted using FaceTIme. There was 1 daycare child and 1 household member child present, ranging in ages from 4 months to 12 months with one staff supervising. The provider was within points for ratios and supervision (8 points). The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A child records was reviewed. All adults living in the home have current background checks and health records.
