Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted today. One daycare child and one household member's child was present with one caregiver for 7 points which is within ratios for supervision. Reviewed physical space, records, emergency preparation, trainings and nutrition. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. The cable cord was hanging in the backyard and not out of reach.
