Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal study was conducted today. Two children were in care with 1 caregiver for 2 points which is within ratios for supervision. Reviewed 2 children's records, updated health records for household members and the provider, training documentation, physical space, emergency preparation and the backyard play space. Provider has added a wooded swing set with a tunnel slide for children to use. Food is cooked for the children in care-today's lunch was chicken with rice, salad and milk. Dedicated space in the basement with a bathroom, separate entrance for the daycare and 2 play areas. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued. Feel free to contact me if you need any assistance.
