Inspector Notes

A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on March 23, 2023 from 11:15:00 am to 12:40 pm to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 58 children under the supervision of 10 staff. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.

No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
