Inspector Notes
A complaint was received in the licensing office on May 1, 2023 regarding care, protection and guidance of children in the three-year-old classroom. On May 8, 2023 an on-site investigation was conducted. Interviews were conducted and observations were made. At the time of this investigation, the preponderance of evidence did not support the allegation and the complaint is deemed not valid. A violation was cited for staff records.
