An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on August 27, 2024 and completed on September 6, 2024.The on-site inspection began at 1:05 pm and ended at 1:45 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 50 children present and 11 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 6 staff records on-site on August 27, 2024. This inspection included document review and tour of the facility.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program. 1. In the Two's B and Pre-K B classroom, a staff purse was on the shelf. The classrooms are accessible to children.
Evidence:
1.In the Two's A and B classroom, the bottle for solution did not have daily mix of amount of bleach solution to sanitize the diapering surface.
2.The bleach solution was made on 8/26/2024 and it did not have any bleach solution to sanitize the diapering surface.
Evidence:
1. In the Toddler A classroom, two bottles were not labeled and dated with child's name.
