During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. If there were any serious injuries or fatalities related to a violation, the details will be included in the description of the violation.
Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site foused inspection was initiated on March 7, 0225 and completed on March 12, 2025, as a part an Intensive Plan of Correction (IPOC). The Department requested that the provider complete an IPOC as result of the last inspection related to Supervision of Children, Background Checks, Staff Records, Administration and Program. The on-site inspection began at 1:15 pm and ended at 2:25 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 46 children present and 10 staff. The inspector one staff record on-site on February 27, 2025.
This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
