Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with the provider on December 16, 2022 beginning at 8:51 AM and ending at 9:32 AM. There were no children in care with the two household children for a total of 6 points. Two children?s records were reviewed. Two household records were reviewed and in compliance. There were no medications on site to be reviewed. The first aid kit, flashlight, and battery-operated radio were reviewed and in compliance..

Based on a review of documentation, the provider did not ensure that all the children's records were up-to-date. Evidence: Child A's record did not have documentation that it was annually reviewed by the parents and up-to-date.
