Inspector Notes

An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted on 12/16/22 from 8:51 AM to 9:32 AM in conjunction with a monitoring inspection (see that inspection report for details). The two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. The provider's record was reviewed for documentation of the mandatory Virginia Preservice Training and current certification in First Aid and CPR.
