Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on May 8, 2024, from 10:08 a.m. to 11:32
a.m. with the provider. There were four daycare children and one residential child, ages 19 months, 2, 2, 3, and 5 years old, were in the care of one caregiver for a total of 10 points. The children were playing with age appropriate-toys. Four children's records were reviewed. The provider's and one household member's records were reviewed and in compliance. There were no medications on site to be reviewed. The provider has current certification in CPR and First Aid. The first aid kit, flashlight, and battery-operated radio were observed. The emergency practice drill log was reviewed and in compliance.
