Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an hybrid inspection protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews, and an on-site inspection.

A mandated monitoring inspection was initiated on March 7, 2022 and concluded on March 14, 2022. The provider was contacted by telephone and sent requested documentation for review. An onsite inspection was conducted on March 14, 2022 from 10:10 A.M.-12:15 P.M. There were seven children present for a total of 16 points, ranging in ages from one year to five years of age, with two staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of three child records, one household member and two caregiver records were reviewed.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
