Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an hybrid inspection protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and an onsite inspection.
A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was initiated on March 7, 2022 and concluded on March 14, 2022. There were seven children present with two caregivers supervising. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
