This renewal inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contact and remote virtual application as well as an onsite visit to the center
A mandated renewal inspection was initiated on 9/24/2021 and completed on 09/27/2021. There were 31 children in attendance at the time of the inspection. A code compliance inspection was conducted at the time of this inspection, as well as a review of regulations for child and staff information ( files), policies and procedures, emergency preparedness planning and drills and a tour of child care areas. Also confirmed floor plan data received at initial application.
Information gathered during the inspection determined a violation with applicable code or regulations. Detailed in attached Violation Notice.
