Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was completed on site 04/12/2022. There were 63 children directly supervised by 10 staff. Children were observed at parent pick up, bus drop off, preparing for nap and reading time.

A sample of child information, staff information, emergency preparadmess planning, drills and supplies were reviewed. Medication administration policies and trainings were also reviewed.

Based upon observation electrical outlets did not have protective covers as required.
Evidence: 3 outlets did not have protective covers in the nap room.
Plan of Correction: The outlet covers were replaced during the inspection. We will monitor after cleaning crew comes in.

Based upon record review, required parent information was found to be incomplete.
