Inspector Notes

An investigation was conducted in response to a self-reported incident received by our office regarding the care and protection. Based upon multiple interviews, the preponderance of evidence does not support a violation.

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 10:35 am-11:4m. There were 78 children (infants-5yrs.) directly supervised by 11 staff. The physical plant, staff records, children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in group play, participating in circle time, discussing the digestive system, playing outside, and eating snack. Diapering and hand-washing procedures were also observed. There was an ample supply of materials for the children. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
