Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was completed on site 04/13/2022. There were 4 children directly supervised by the provider. Children were observed eating lunch, preparing for naptime and completing handwashing routines.

A sample of child information, provider/ household member information, emergency preparadmess planning, drills and supplies were reviewed. Medication administration policies and trainings were also reviewed.
