Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on March 5, 2024 between the hours of 10:00am and 11:30am. There were 5 children (10 points) directly supervised by 1 caregiver. The home, 1 caregiver record, 5 children?s records, 3 household member?s records, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed playing freely and eating breakfast. There was an assortment of age-appropriate materials for children. The home was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
