Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on May 18, 2023 from approximately 11:20 am-11:35 pm. There were 39 children 8 staff. Additional staff present to assist. Children were observed engaged in table activities, dancing, singing and freely playing.Five staff records and three children records were reviewed during the inspection.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

In the Early Preschool classroom, the cabinet above the sing in the classroom was left unlocked . There was bleach and water spray bottle and aersol spray .

In the staff bathroom near infant and toddler room, was unlocked and aresol spray was in the bathroom that labled keep out of reach and warning.
