An unannounced complaint Inspection was initiated in the center on July 27, 2023 from 12:15pm - 12:40pm. The complaint in regards to Programs and Staff qualifications and training. Based on observations, review of center documentation and staff interviews, there was not a preponderance of evidence to support the allegation therefore the complaint has been determined to be NOT VALID.
