Inspector Notes

An unannounced inspection was initiated on 7-8-2025 and completed on 7-29-2025, in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 6-30-2025 relating to allegations of Supervision, Physical Plant and Special Services. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation supports the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be valid.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and the violation is documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Please complete the plan of correction (POC) and date to be corrected sections for each violation cited on the violation notice. Specify how the violation will be or has been corrected. Submit your POC within five (5) business days from today, which will be the close of business on 8-5-2025. A POC submitted after this date will not appear on the public website.

When centers choose to provide meals or snacks, the centers shall follow the most recent, age-appropriate nutritional requirements of the Child and Adult Care Food Program of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). On 7-23-2025, the breakfast served to children ages 3-5, did not meet the age-appropriate nutritional requirements regarding portion sizes. As ? cup of fruit was served and ? is required and ? cup of milk was served and 3/4 cup was required.
Plan of Correction: Retrain staff;
USDA meal charts will be posted in classroom for visuals on portions sizes

When food is brought from home the food container shall be sealed and clearly dated and labeled in a way that identifies the owner. In the multipurpose room one child was observed brining in their own breakfast and it was not dated or labeled with their name.

Tables used for feeding shall be sanitized before and after each use for feeding. In the multipurpose room children were observed eating breakfast and the circle table and long table were not sanitized before or after feeding each group of children. .
