Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was conducted on 6/23/22 from 11:10am until 12:45pm. At the time of the inspection, there were 70 children in care with 13 staff present. A sample of 7 children's records and 5 staff records were reviewed. Children were observed participating in learning activities, engaging in free play, eating lunch and resting quietly during nap time. Diapering procedures and restroom and handwashing procedures were also observed. First aid and emergency supplies, the emergency preparedness plan, medication, documentation of emergency practice drills and required center postings were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
