During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above, to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on June 16, 2025. The on-site inspection began at 10:20am and ended at 12:45pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 120 children present and 14 staff. The inspector reviewed 10 children?s records and 5 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

REPEAT VIOLATION
Areas and equipment of the center shall be maintained in a safe and operable condition. In the toddler room, the lid to the large plastic bin of toys, in reach of children, had cracked plastic and broken handles which pose as a pinching hazard for the children in care.
Plan of Correction: The center responded with the following: The center will remove the broken toy lid out of the classroom and place a new toy bin and lid in the toddler room.

When food is brought from home, the food container shall be sealed and clearly dated and labeled in a way that identifies the owner. There were 7 infants present at the center and the premade bottles with milk had no dates or labels to the that identifies the owner.
Plan of Correction: The center responded with the following: During the time of the inspection, all bottles were dated and labeled. Infant staff will remind parents to label and date the bottles when premade. Staff will ensure all bottles are dated and labeled daily.
