Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated and completed on 3/9/26 with a local agency in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 3/2/26 relating to allegations in the area of supervision. The inspector reviewed 1 staff record on-site. This inspection included document review, interviews and observations. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
