Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 05/02/2022. There were 3 children, ages 12 years-14 years, and 2 staff members present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staff qualifications and trainings, staffing and supervision, physical plant, programs, emergencies and nutrition. The children were observed during lunch and outside play. A total of 3 children?s records and 4 staff records were reviewed. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 11:50 am and departed at 1:00 pm.

Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable subsidy requirements. No violations were issued.
