Inspector Notes

An announced initial inspection was conducted on 10/13/2022. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staff qualifications and trainings, physical plant, emergencies, and nutrition. A total of 2 Board Officer/Applicant records were reviewed. The center was measured to determine the license capacity and the required emergency supplies and policy/procedures were reviewed. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 8:55 am and departed the center at 10:30 am.

Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. requirements. No violations were issued.
