Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 09/25/2023. There were 8 children, ages 10 years-16 years, and 2 staff members present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staff qualifications and trainings, staffing and supervision, physical plant, programs, emergencies and nutrition. The children were observed in learning activities and participating in music and movement. A total of 5 children?s records and 2 staff records were reviewed. The inspector discussed children?s allergies and inspections by other agencies with the provider. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 9:40 am and departed at 11:00 am.

Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
