Inspector Notes
A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 02/28/2024. There were 7 children, ages 11 years-16 years, and 2 staff members present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staff qualifications and trainings, staffing and supervision, physical plant, programs, emergencies and nutrition. The children were observed during music and movement, learning time, participating in a student led art activity, lunch and going outside for large motor play. A total of 5 children?s records and 5 staff records were reviewed. The inspector discussed supervision with that staff. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 10:35 am and departed at 11:50 am.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not cover in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable subsidy requirements. No violations were issued.
