Inspector Notes
Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on May 2, 2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements.
This on-site visit was conducted 11:40 a.m. through 12:45 p.m. Upon arrival, there were 3 children in the care of the provider and assistant. Children ranged in age from 10 months through 4 with a total of 10 points. The records for 3 children, the provider and 1 assistant were reviewed and updated. No medication is being administered at this time.
Areas observed were: handwashing/bathroom procedures, coloring activity, outside play, lunch preparation and lunch. Children appear to be well aware of the daily routine and schedule.
A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
