Inspector Notes
A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted in conjunction with the licensing inspection. Subsidy standards that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this SHSI.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Violations
1Caregivers who work directly with children shall annually complete the department's health and safety update course. There is no documentation caregiver #2 has completed the 2024 update training, which was cited 09/04/2024.
