Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated and completed on October 28, 2024. The on-site inspection began at 2:00pm and ended at 4:00pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 14 children present with four staff. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and five staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable code sections, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

The following aspects of the child day center's operations are described in a written statement provided to the parents or guardians of the children in the center and made available to the general public: physical facilities, enrollment capacity, food services, health requirements for the staff, and public liability insurance. The parent handbook did not included information regarding physical facilities, enrollment capacity and public liability insurance.
Plan of Correction: We will add the required information into the Parent Handbook.
