This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A focused monitoring inspection was initiated on May 7, 2021 and concluded on May 7, 2021. The provider was contacted using facetime to initiate the inspection.
There were 0 children present and 1 staff member. The inspector reviewed all items required to complete the inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the facility.

Based on observation and interview, the facility did not have an adequate supply of age and stage materials and equipment available for each age group of texture materials, contruction materials, music and sound materials, social living equipment, and manipulative equipment.
Evidence:
1. Room #1, room #2, room #3, room #4, room #5, and room #6 did not have an adequate supply of age approriate materials.
2. The director stated that the materials had "not been put in the classroom".
