Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.
A renewal inspection was initiated on 08/19/2021 and concluded on 08/19/2021. The director was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 42 children present, ranging in ages from birth to 10 years, with 11 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 4 child records and 2 staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.

Based on a review of staff records, at least every two years rom the date of the first initial screening or testing, staff member shall obtain and submit the results of a follow-up tuberculosis screening.
Evidence: Staff #1 TB screening is dated 2/10/2019.
Plan of Correction: Staff will get her TB screening.
