The Licensing Inspector conducted an investigation in response to a self-report incident of supervision on 4/27/2022. Observed classroom, reviewed center policies and staff handbook, interviews were conducted with staff and staff record reviewed. The information gathered during this investigation does not support the allegations; therefore no violations are cited.
