Inspector Notes

An unannounced non-mandated monitoring inspection was conducted on-site January 24, 2023, in response to a self-reported incident regarding care of children. The provider was available during the inspection. There were 7 children present, ranging in ages from 19 months to 4 years, with 3 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, and care of children. Interviews were conducted, and a total of 4 child records and 3 staff records were reviewed.

The evidence gathered during this investigation did not support the self-report of non-compliance with standards or law.
