Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated on 3/20/2025 and completed on 3/20/2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 3/14/2025 relating to allegations of Building maintenance. The inspector reviewed (1) child?s record. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation supports part of the the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be valid. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and the violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

The center shall ensure that areas and equipment of the center, inside and outside, are maintained in a clean, safe and operable condition.
There was mouse droppings found on a child's car seat which was stored in the outside utility closet.

Plan of Correction: Parents will no longer use the outside utility room to store the car seats. A sign will be posted on the door saying "can not be used for storage".
