Inspector Notes

A scheduled new facility inspection was conducted on 5/15/2023 from 10:50 am to 1:00 pm. No children were in care. The Licensing Inspector reviewed the Director qualifications and Board Officer background checks, other documents, and confirmed measurements. Policies were reviewed. This is a new location for a currently licensed facility, and the only change is the location.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
