Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A consultation was initiated on 03/18/2021 and a follow up inspection on 04/21/2021 were both conducted virtually. The person in charge was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were no children/staff present. The person in charge virtually walked the Inspector throughout the property and discussed materials which have been ordered. All materials were seen on the 04/21/2021 inspection. Documents required for the Initial Application were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.

The Licensing Inspector has reviewed with the provider COVID-19 Essential Guidance for Child Care programs.
