Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted on 04/25/2023. 15 children were directly supervised by 6 staff. The physical space, 3 children's records, 3 staff records, evacuation drills and required posted documents were reviewed. No medications were on site. Children were observed cleaning up to go outside, finishing circle time activities and engaging with the staff. Infants were observed napping and playing with age appropriate materials.
