An unannounced non-mandated inspection was conducted today, 2/01/2024, from 12:55pm to 1:40pm. The inspection was conducted with another agency in response to a complaint received on 1/29/2024 regarding Staff Records, Staff Qualifications and Training, Behavioral Guidance, Forbidden Actions and Supervision. The complaint was deemed Not Valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
