An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 2/13/2025 and completed on 2/13/2025. The on-site inspection began at 9:05AM and ended at 10:30AM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 23 children present and 4 staff. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 3 staff records. This inspection included document review, a tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
