Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was conducted on March 1, 2023. There were 11 children present, with 2 caregivers supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 3 child records and 3 caregiver records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Caregiver #1 stated they are spraying the diapering surface with bleach and water after each diaper change. Licensing standards the diapering surface should be sprayed or dipped with a solution of soap and water and patted dry to clean the surface. Then sprayed or dipped with a solution of bleach and water and allow to air dry to sanitize.
Evidence
Child #1 who has been in care since 8/29/22, and under the age of two (dob 7/21) does not have documentation of additional immunizations every six months, last documentation is dated 8/15/22.
