Inspector Notes
A renewal inspection was conducted today between 9:15am and 10:30am. There were 10 children present with 2 caregivers supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. The children were observed engaging in circle time. A total of 3 child records and 3 caregiver records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Based on observation, the diapering surface was not cleaned and sanitized after each diapering.

After a diapering, the diaper surface was sprayed with cleaned with soap and water and patted dry, but was not sanitized with a solution of bleach and water.
