Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted from 11:30 am - 12:30 pm with the provider and her assistant. There were nine children, ranging from six months to four years of age, for a total of 27 points. Children were observed riding bikes and playing outside, playing with age-appropriate toys indoors, and preparing for and eating lunch. Lunch served today: meatball sandwich on whole wheat bread, carrots, mandarin oranges and milk. Three children's records, five provider/household records, the emergency drill log, daily attendance, and annual training were all reviewed and in compliance. The provider is not Medication Administration Training (MAT) certified and cannot administer medication to children in care.
