Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 11:30 - 12:45am with the provider and her assistant. There were 11 children in care, ranging from 14 months to four years of age, for a total of 29 points. Children were observed having free play with age-appropriate toys, washing hands, eating lunch and preparing for nap. Lunch served today: chicken sandwich on whole wheat bun, green beans, pears and milk. Four child records, two caregiver records, the emergency drill log, daily attendance, menu and required posted information were reviewed. The provider is not certified in Medication Administration Training (MAT) and can not administer medication to children in care.
