An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on 8/12/2024 and completed on 8/12/2024. The on-site inspection began at 11:00am and ended at 12:00noon. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 11 children present and 2 providers. The inspector reviewed 2 children?s records and 4 household member/provider records on-site. This inspection included document review, a tour of the home, interviews and observations. Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
